Felecia Fluellen is a life-long resident of Jersey City, New Jersey. She has more than 30 years experience working with young children. She is currently employed as a teacher’s assistant with the Jersey City Board of Education. Her personal journey sparked the road to becoming an author and potentially opening doors to avenues not previously considered. She is excited to share her written work and is encouraged by the support of her son, family, and friends.

Words is a compilation of poems and short stories. The author penned WORDS as the response to her quest to find the answer to life’s age old question — WHY? — and the reasons behind the orchestration of events in this journey called life. After crying out to GOD, a great abundance of wisdom and knowledge was bestowed upon her. She learned that we may not always know or understand all of the answers to everything in life, but it all has a purpose and is a part of a divine plan.
